It means 3 things to me.
1) St. George's Day.
2) Shakespears Birthday.
3) The date in 2005 when I stopped smoking.

As the 30th of November is the most important date on the calendar, I apologise if you feel that St, George's day has any importance. If you do feel that way you are in a minority of English people.

It's St George's Day, and Shakespeare Day!
Proud to be English - doesn't mean I have to hate anyone for not being English!
I'm sure RB will take in some Shakespeare to celebrate our national day and greatest playwright.

It's St George's Day. The day that the english people are not allowed to celebrate in case we offend someone.
EDIT - mazzzifier - I ask myself that very same question! I even had to put up with Shane bloody Ritchie being Irish last week instead of A Town Called Eureka! The stupid beauracrats are so afraid of being called racist that we can't even be proud of who we are because it is seen as anti-whoever. Being proud to be english does not mean we hate everyone else!
EDIT - Damn - forgot about Shakespeare - sorry Bill!

2009 Immigration Law
ABOUT RMIAN:
The Rocky Mountain Immigrant Advocacy Network (RMIAN) is a Colorado nonprofit corporation and has been granted 501(c)(3) federal tax-exempt status. Believing that all people should be afforded due process and an understanding of their legal options, RMIAN strives to provide legal services to the most vulnerable immigrant populations in Colorado: men and women in immigration detention in Aurora, CO, and abandoned or abused children throughout the state. RMIAN provides daily know-your-rights presentations, individual intakes, pro se assistance, and legal representation to men and women held in the federal immigration detention facility in Aurora, Colorado. RMIAN's Children's Program directly represents children who have survived neglect, abandonment, abuse, or persecution and trains professionals and educators throughout the state who work with immigrant children. Unable to meet the overwhelming need for legal services, RMIAN refers both detention and children's cases to our network of pro bono attorneys. RMIAN screens pro bono cases, writes referral memorandums, and provides professional liability insurance and a mentor attorney for each pro bono attorney.
