7months pregnant and experienced, very hurtful cramps in my lower stomach?
Last night for an hour straight I was experiencing some pain in my lower stomach and my lower back, it hurt really bad when I tried to walk. Ive never experienced this with my first pregnancy and was very close to calling the Doctor when I just happend to get up and it went away after resting for a while.
Does anybody have any clue on what this could be?

Towards the end of your pregnancy you sometimes get bad cramps. Honestly, it could just be gas, but I'm sure your doctor has told you how to identify contrations. If you keep feeling pulses at an increasing rate for more than 30 minutes and it just gets worse you are in labor, and will need to call your doctor and get his opinion on what to do. Sometimes they will advise you to go straight to the ER, othertimes tell you to lie on your back and rest, and if the pain does not subside take a low dose of regular Tylenol (Safe for Pregancy). But it could be anything. I had an 8 pound baby, and towards the end I thought my ribs were broken he was pushing against them so hard. You know your body better than anyone else, if you feel worried, pick upi the phone and call the OBGYN.

it can be normal yes. If you've had a healthy pregnancy so far and everything has been fine, I would say it's just your uteris stretching, your back is aching now from carrying the extra weight in the front. most of the time things like that happen after you've been pregnant before b/c your body knows what it's going through and you recognize different feelings, but whether it's your 1st or 18th it CAN be normal. I'd just keep an eye on it, maybe something you ate? if it gets worse i'd get ahold of the dr. if it stays the same or goes down at least a little, i'd simply mention it at my next appt. get some rest in between and stay off your feet whenever you can. drink water, eat right. it should be fine. that little tiny uteris is just gettin' ready!!! good luck and congrats

Joys of pregnancy. Usually it has to do with how the baby is positioned and what nerve they are on. It gets worse unfortunately. I am 31+ weeks pregnant with number two and get pains every now and then and when I get up from sitting down she just sinks and I feel as though she will fall out.

Well the baby is starting to weigh more now, and he/she could be putting alot of pressure in your lower region, it is normal to get cramps, you could also be experiancing braxton hicks, which are fake contractions. as long as your water hasn't broke and your not bleeding, i'd make a phone call to the doctor and just rest.
