nice, clear thesis.
in your intro, you could mention statistics of obese children and adults. this would be a good way to lead into the topic of health for children--the importance of it. This would then be a good transition to sports for children as a solution.

you can list some types of sports that help prove your points and get into more detail in your arguments
you can elaborate on each of your points a bit more before getting into the actual essay
