Your question is irrelevant. The Falcons have already stated they don't want Vick back and if he's reinstated they would look to trade him. Even if Arthur Blank changed his mind and wanted him back, Smith doesn't have anywhere to put him.
You can't play him at QB, he's just not a good passer. He can make plays with his legs, but thats all, he can't throw accurately. Matt Ryan is the man in Atlanta. You couldn't put Vick as a RB either, he's not big enough to take a beating like a RB, he fumbles too much, and we have Turner. Maybe he could go in as a WR, but who knows if he can actually catch, not to mention that you don't really make use of his elusiveness as a WR, unless you're talking running after the catch. There's just nowhere to put him in Atlanta if they wanted to, which they don't. I guess the best thing you could do with him is either run screen passes to him or run him out of the wildcat.
My last idea, which isn't even really all that good, but plausible, would be to make up a position for him. You could run him in a 2 RB set as the FB, but not really the FB. Like, put him in as the FB, but change the duties. Instead of a lead blocker, he can kinda hang back in the flats as a safety valve, he can block if needed, though he's kinda small to block, but he could kinda be like a tweener, just doing whatever is needed. It could work.

Vick isn't coming back...They'll probably release him and try to spread the cap hit over 2 seasons.

if he comes back, maybe he will go to the jets. they dont have anyone to trade with so aquiring vick seems like an option if theyre not afaid of the scrutiny that will be put on them. they could do it though, new yorkers are suppoesd to be tough right? :]

the falcons will release him as soon as he gets reinstated, because they are afraid of PETA. i can see the raiders or cowboys picking him up because they have owners who will use the publicity to spin in their favor.
