An older woman above 30(if you think she's above 30), yes.
ex. If you were to ask a woman who's 40 years old her age, that'd be rude. This kid in my Pre- Cal class asked the teacher how old she was (she was obviously above 40) and she said "that was extremely inappropriate)
But if you thought she was young(she looked like she was either a teen or in college) then no, i dont see the harm in it.
