The passage of the so called Great Socierty programs under President Johnson _____?

the most logical answer is b, but is it safe to speculate that my prof thinks johnsons fast political reform without checks or balances is better than the european parliament system?

    I doubt that your professor would take a positive view of the U.S. I would opt for "a" because politicians usually buy votes via spending programs including social welfare programs, i.e., The Great Society.

    without being specific as to which particular programs you're addressing it's no a particularly valid set of questions.. Be more specific!
