Just started an aqua aerobics class, and I am super thirsty and peeing constantly. Is this normal?

The exercise felt great, and it is definitely more vigorous than the walking I usually do. The pool is 80 degrees, and we did an hour of exercise. Is the water craving and hyper peeing just my bodies way of getting rid of junk from my liver and muscles from not being used this way, or is it possible to get deyhdrated?

Yes it's normal. Drink water while exercising because you can dehydrate yourself. I have been teaching for the last 20 years and when you start the peeing can be due to just being in the water but it also helps to remove toxins from your body. You will sweat as well and that's why you should have a bottle on the side of the pool to sip as you need it. Keep up the good work!

Water aerobics is great good cardio and would not get sufficient credit that it merits. in case you have the final instructor. I take water aerobics at my well being center 2-3 days each and every week and prefer it, of direction it somewhat is incredibly stereotypical, i'm the youngest one in the class alongside with the instructor yet once you do it top and shop up with the instuctor you could burn everywhere from 500-800 energy, thats what my instructor who's additionally my good buddy instructed me. We additionally perform a little weights/power coaching in the hour long type. I distinctly advise you attempt it and your mom could like it, i think of.
