She didnt blame it all on the USA, but we do play a part in it. Where do u think all the drugs are going? mostly the USA, why? because we have a high demand for drugs. We have alot of drug users, where many other countries dont. Its only fair to take some of the blame dont u think? Yes true our boarder patrol is not what it should be, but there are 1000's of miles and we cant patrol every square inch. If the USA stopped using drugs tomarrow the cartel would fall apart, its supply and demand.

Most drug addicts are vulnerable victims of drug dealers. Most kids do not think they will become one of those that become addicted and they believe the lies of dealers. There are many thousands of adults that are addicts since they were kids when no one knew cocaine was a threat, the public was not informed in the 80's. Addiction is a proven mental illness and biochemical brain disease of varying levels taught to all medical establishment now. Place the blame on evil drug dealers and government, and make treatment of addicts mandatory not optional! When addicts get their minds back with the new treatment that stops addiction, GVG/cpp-109, then they will be glad they were forced to get well. Border should have been closed many years ago, it's a crime for our government to let drugs destroy our kids for so many years, and for what... big business of jails, courts and law enforcement?!

It's very true. Without the demand to ingest illegal substances here, the Mexicans would have to find something else over which to kill each other.

Until the drugs are either legalized or we grow up enough to avoid using them, the urge to kill and protect profits from the sale of illicit drugs will remain high.

whoa, get your facts straight. The men who went to prison did not report that they shot at someone. No, we are a law abiding country. Mrs. Clinton has integrity & to suggest we should stop having it is your problem & I am thankful that we are law abiding people. I am proud that she is speaking the truth. We need more of that.
