My hcg was 30548 mIU/mL at 6-8 wks the lab tech said normal pg & appears high. Does that really mean twins?

    They can speculate multiple births off of a high hcg reading, but the only way to confirm a multiple pregnancy is by ultrasound. Good luck!

    That's actually a normal range. Google hcg level charts pregnancy. GOOD LUCK

    ya its quite high , i think mine was around 10,000 during those weeks.so it might mean twins alright . good luck !
