They are trying to legalize marijuana in some states now . I here that California has a way to get it through a Dr. orders . But even if they do legalize it there will still be the traffickers who will try and bring it into our borders , I understand that if caught with it on you you can be charged state tax , so why not , maybe it would stop some of the people who add ingredients that are harmful if ingested . They might as well go ahead and legalize it because people who are going to smoke it will continue to do so legal or not , like you say the states could get more income if they did .

acually marijuana can be use as a medicine but abusive use of it can be so dangerous for your health, therefore if must not be legalized.

i believe that anything harmful should be illegal.
