That whole pouty, trying to be sexy thing at such a young age is kind of nasty though.

Eyeliner is the magic wand for creating the illusion of bigger, more expressive eyes. Line the entire top lash line and extend the line slightly at the corners. You can also line the bottom of your eyes, but concentrate color only on the outer third and extend it slightly past the edge. (We're not talking Elizabeth Taylor in Cleopatra here.) A soft, smoky look will open your eyes more than a thin, hard line. Stick to dark, neutral colors with a hint of black for lining, as bright shades will only make them seem smaller.

Lashes can also be a great eye-opener. Curl them three times before applying mascara -- at the base, halfway up and at the tip -- to create a gentle, rounded curl. Fan out your lashes while applying mascara. Brush the inner third in toward your nose, the middle third straight out and the outer third toward your temples.

Contrary to popular belief, dark, dramatic eyeshadow will not make your eyes stand out. In fact, it'll do just the opposite. If you have small eyes, keep it simple by using only light-colored shadows, and never wear more than two shades at once. Brush a subtle base color from lash to brow, and then use a slightly darker shade to create subtle definition in the crease.

yes, you do. But not abnormally and they are an interesting, fun color.. My best advice is this:

Save up some money (or skip this step if you've got some)

Go to a good make-up counter in a high-end store (MAC, Shiseido etc)

Schedule a makeup session and let an expert work in person on you

Usually, there is a small purchase required. But this is a good time to indulge in quality eye makeup. Most makeup artists can teach you to make the most of your features and will work with whatever look you like best (natural, bright, day-to-night, spring .. etc)

I love the MAC artists myself. Been going to them for help since I was a teenager.

Since I can tell you are wearing make up to try to make them look bigger, you can't do that, but you could try to do like eye exercises, look to left, right, really open your eyes, go cross eyed for a while etc..

And put white eyeshadow on your tear drops ( the kinda pointy part of the eye close to the nose)

They make my big eyes look open because I have a habit of looking like my big eyes are asleep.

I have to get fkn glasses because of my big eyes, they are apparently larger then regular ones, so I have something myopia.

yes you do. I do too. Dont worry tough; you have nice eyes you just need to wear the right makeup for your eyes, make your eyecolor stand out! first of all, don't wear eyeliner inside your lower lid; that makes your eyes look really small. Use it on top, and then on the bottom of your eye, not inside! just the bottom, do it half way so your eyes can look bigger, use a brownish eyeshadow, so your pretty eyecolor can really stand out!

Put eye liner under your lower eyelashes and then mascara on the lower eyelashes. Wear only light colored eyeshadows and NO eyeliner on the top part of your eyelid. I DO NOT think your eyes are small tho, very pretty and goodluck!

No, but you have a more prominant epicanthic fold than most caucasians.. Because of this, I would venture to guess that you are of Eastern European lineage.. Not really but you could try some eyeliner. Also, don't you have any other facial expressions? And third, Don't EVER do the peace sign thing in a picture again. It's stupid. Sorry.

Your eyes are actually fine, but if you still want to make them look bigger try some eyeliner, mascara, or eye shadow.
