How do I display a pic instead of the scarey face?

I uploaded one to my profile , and it is displayed there...but here I still have that nasty lil grey thing.

    Go to your profile and click 'edit my info.' Go down to the picture section. Make sure that 'use my profile image' is checked and that you have the picture you want active in the profile. Sometimes it takes a while to show up on here.

    upload a picture in your 360 profile and edit your profile and check "use 360 picture" (Or something like that)

    click on urself and then click edit profile. Then u have the option of what u want 2 do.
