Do you have to pay chiald saport if you are on disability?
My step daughters Birth mother has not payed in over a year and she was over 1000 behind then. BUT now SHE claims that her back is so bad that she needs to be on disability.
aaaa what they know crap and a 13 year old is not going to get that info any ways.
But Birth mom is on a bench worant right now. when ever she serfaces
Birth mom just told Step daughter that she wa either going to try to get disability or is getting it. But we have not recived any checks.
I feal thins is just another way for her to try to excuse her not paying.

yes they will take it out of her disability check if she gets one,has she been out of work for over 2 years and has lots of medical proff to get ssi ? my husband has m. d. and can't get it .sometimes you have to fight for years to get ssi..take her back to court,,garnish all tax checks,keep taking her to court if you can't live without it...

the child support case manager has that information available..your step daughter needs to contact that person.

yes i had a fiance that paid for 4 kids out his check .They'll get her now for sure make sure you let them know shes gettin it so they can take it.....disable dont mean jail cant get you....
