iv gotten way too outa shape and im obviously gonna start workin out hardcore like i used to but i also want to start eating healthier so what are some websites that have a good diet routine or a healthy routine that you know of? btw i gotta get back in shape for football so thats why this is in the football section

idk of any websites. i think if u wanna get in shape again, just lift some weights and run to be fit for football. it depends ur metabolism cause mines fast and i dont get fat so i dont have to watch wat i eat. im a WR and thats wat i do.
