Dancers- easy points!?
I need a little help from dancers for market research purposes (!).... My step dad is a carpenter/ joiner and has made me a rehearsal ballet barre so I can practise some stuff at home. We're thinking of selling them; the barres are hand made and varnished, designed for the individual dancer and weighted properly. They would cost about £45 (approx $65 USD). Would you (as a dancer) be interested in buying one? Why, or why not?
10 easy points for most helpful answer! Thank you!!!

I definitely would want to buy that. Ballet barres are expensive, and that would be an amazing deal. I have my own at home, and it is extremely helpful to practice. I think you could also get more money for it, especially if it is hand-made. Good luck selling, and I hope you seriously consider raising the price to benefit yourself.

I would definately be interested in buying that if it were needed. I researched the cost of a ballet bar and the cheapest I found was $77 US dollars. Some even went about $200 and then $250! The price you are selling for is very cheap.

If I could afford it, I would love to buy one! :-)
I would love to buy one because I am very dedicated to dancing and it would be very cool to practice at home.
Also, I could invite a bunch of my friends over and we could all practice our dance routines! It would be easier to stretch, also.
I could put it in my basement and it could be my own little dance studio!
I don't really have anything to practice with now, so it would be great to have one!
My mom is also a very dedicated dancer, and my sister, so they could use it to!
For non-dancing purposes, it would be good for blocking off places that people should not go into at parties! LOL
I hope I have been helpful, and good luck selling your rehearsal barres!!
P.S. I really do love to dance! :-)

Sure! It's pretty useful to have something like that at home, but you would definitely need to provide pictures

Why not? I'd probably buy one for stretching purposes, people (like myself) buy vertical poles for dance, why wouldn't they buy a horizontal one? It seems to me it would complete the 'studio'.
