Links not working in Windows XP?
When I try to open a link with XP it gives me the option to save the file, but does not open the link itself? Is there some setting that may have been changed on my system?

It depends on what kind of link you're talking about. If it is an unsupported file format, you'll have to download a program that allows you to open it. Also, some security settings may disable viewing a file, so you may have to go to Internet Explorer/whatever browser you use and change the security (Tools > Internet Options > Security or Advanced)
