Ok, so yeah, as someone else said there's an 8GB model and a 16GB model, not yet a 18GB model.
As far as performance --
iPhones are very versatile, but if you want to do alot of business intensive stuff, you might be better off with a blackberry, other than that the only real complaint I'm aware of is some people sometimes have an issue with the battery life.

iphone only comes in an 8gig and 16 gig not 18 gig..... office applications??? not sure... the rest battery life is normal and durablity , don't drop it and don't get wet...... Normal cellphone care is required.....
