I need some healthy food ideas?

I have to make a complete lifestyle change...

I had my gallbladder out in January, and now my digestive system is going nuts. I might have IBS or Crohn's disease.. I'm seeing a doctor on Wednesday finally.

ANYWAY, I need ideas for healthy food.

I can't have (should stay away from, a little is fine):

1. dairy products

2. greasy/fatty foods

3. spicy foods

4. acidic foods

...pretty much anything that's hard on ya.

Any ideas would be great. :)

(And since I can't have much dairy, any ideas on how to get enough calcium and stuff?)

Thanks for your time :)

Update:

I can't live off of fruits and veggies, idiot.

...also, any ideas for school lunch? I'm a junior in high school so.. I can't eat the stuff my friends do. :(

Oatmeal made with water instead of milk would be a fantastic breakfast choice. Or nutrigrain bars, too. get the flavored packets by Quaker. More fruit and veggies, definitely...eat more salads and go easy on the dressing. and Eat more whole grains like brown rice (not white or fried rice). More fiber in your diet is always a great thing..eat chicken..poultry is an excellent source of protein in your diet..eat it baked or grilled and not fried.

For lunch, how about lean meat on wheat bread? wheat bread is absolutely great and has whole grains as well..and with sunchips and water, or perhaps even vitamin water this is a very healthy lunch. having a fruit like a plumb, grapes etc. would be a good addition to your lunch.

Lots of Vitamin C. Oranges provide calcium, so does broccoli. Even though you aren't on a diet to lose weight, Healthy Choice frozen meals are excellent choices. All natural and I believe vegetarian, nothing that would upset the stomach, however some do have cheese on them.

Fish is a great choice, but since you're a teenage girl try not too eat too much salmon or fattier fish. This is because the excessive amounts of mercury, which sits in your stomach and is bad for young women, especially if you wish to have children later in life. Tilapia is a great choice! Lean fish like tilapia are not fatty and are easy for a stomach to digest. Good luck!
