my friends and my parents all tell me that i exercise WAY too much, and that it may be getting un-healthy. heres what i do on a daily basis:
2 mile run (sprint from 1.5 mile mark)
10 pullups
clinch workout, 6 sets (curls, hang cleans, etc.)
slow pushups/stabilization (4)
abs
-leg lifts: 10

-Bicycles: 50 reps
-flutter kicks: 75

I do this once or twice everyday, in addition to weight training 4-5 times a week. is this too much??

This is not that much at all. Just rest at least one day a week. And keep an eye on your weight to make sure it is stable and eat less or more accordingly (unless of course, you want to gain / loose weight). Also, make sure you are not missing any vitamins.
I think your family and friends are worried that you stop doing other things that are important, like hanging out, studying, getting a girl/boy, etc.

that is too much exercise. You should only do 1 mile run. If you are going to keep this basis make sure you spread it out. And only do it once per day.

I would say that you're doing a lot, but that it's not too much. If you are going to do all of that, though, make sure that you are giving your body plenty of nourishment and food (especially protein). If you do all of that, and do not eat enough, then it's hard on your body. Just make sure that you give your body the fuel it needs.

Definitely make sure you are eating enough. There's nothing wrong with this quantity. I have friends who think I'm crazy with all my working out, but everyone has different priorites.
