Hard drive question....?
I put in a slave drive and it worked well several times, now all of a sudden something is wrong. In Bios, i can see the drive, but on start up, it gets stuck on the windows screen. The bar keeps going like it is stuck on a loop. Without the drive, it starts up fine, but with the drive, it gets stuck. Anybody know how to fix it or what happened? Thanks.

The drive might be bad (have some bad sectors), try a bootable CD.
You can the bootable ISO file on a manufacturer's website, SeaTools for Seagate, Western Digital Data Lifeguard Diagnostic for DOS (CD).

For WD, run EXTENDED TEST.
If Seagate, run LONG TEST

Sounds like an IO error to me.
two things you can do.
1. manually set the drive to slave using the jumpers on the drive(and the other to master)
2. put the drive on another channel ( a cable different from the main HDD) and keep it as slave
