Low fat evaporated milk, what to do with it?

I bought a case of it on sale and it just doesn't work for recipes intended for full fat (ie mousses, whips, toppings. Aside from using it in coffee what can you do with it?

    Hope this helps. Click on the lowfat can. Gives you recipes for easy dishes using this product. Shouldn't matter if it is NOT Carnation...(just in case it isn't).
