I'm making Rack of lamb for Easter, what sides would you recommend with this?

The rack of lamb will be with a coating of bread crumbs, garlic, rosemary, dijon mustard salt and pepper. I need some ideas for sides. I'll be having Asparagus with this but I'll need other things. Thanks for the suggestions in advance.

    well since you are using rosemary, why not make roasted red potatoes.

    get a good amount for your family of the small red potatoes

    cut them into halves or quarters

    coat them with olive oil

    chop up some rosemary (light chop) sprinkle over potatoes

    chop up some garlic sprinkle over potatoes

    salt and peper

    light the toss so everything is combined

    bake at like 400 for about 20mins or until golden and sizzling.

    Also

    Roasted asparagus

    (this too is also easy)

    Cut off about 1/2 to 1in of the bottom of the asparagus

    line them up on a baking sheet

    drizzle with olive oil toss to make sure well coated

    salt and pepper

    stick the the same oven and bake for about 10 to 15 mins

    so yummy :)
