How can I lose weight by summer?

I'm 18 years old and i started the pill about 5 months ago and it made me put on a little weight, that and the freshman 15. . late night pizzas are not good for the body.

well i'm trying to lose weight for the summer and i'm not sure how to go about it. Generally my problem is that I work a lot so I don't have much time to work out, and i have to work at a local burger joint so that's not helping the cause either.

Any weight loss products that actually work??

Anything else anyone has tried that's worked?

I can get to the gym usually 3-4 times a week and I think i eat pretty good when i'm not at work.

any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    even if you eat healthy you might be eating too much.Find out how many calories you need to maintain your weight. then subtract 500 per day--that would equal 1lb of weight loss per week, plus add some exercise in and you will lose even more.

    Just get a notepad write down everything you eat with the calories. Such as if you eat cereal in the morning say its 200 cal. then for lunch turkey sandwich 350 cals etc. try to stop eating at work. Pack a lunch then stick in your cooler at work. Just a week of counting cals you will see what your problem areas are and can concentrate on how much of what foods you should be eating. Exercise is important and does help weight loss a lot but.. if your eating too many calories you may not be able to burn enough off to lose any weight. so try that for a week see what happens.

    I started doing that 2 weeks ago and I have lost 5lbs.. so good luck..

    eat every 3-4 hours.

    every meal should be from 150-300 calories.

    eat 5 meals a day.

    drink 10 glasses of water a day.

    do intervals, and do ab works to be swimsuit ready.

    smaller portions - eat slower ie putting fork down, or pizza, burger etc between each mouthful - and always leave something on the plate no matter how small

    The pill does do that, annoying isn't it.

    Best thing to do is concentrate on your diet and exercise.
