how do I learn to stop being so defensive?
I have major trust issues. I postbmy mother my senior year of highschool. and this event has left me self-inclined, quiet, not being able to trust, invulnerable, etc. I have a lot of anger and uncertainty inside; I have so much hostility or animosity. I get upset over little things, that wouldn't have mattered before her passing. I want to be the happy person I was, and it's bringing nothing but negativity towards my self and other friendships, relationships. What should I do?

the first thing get a friend
second try to talk wat ur having inside ur heart
third always smile
and forth be defensive as ur a girl but being
too much can cause ppl run away from you
plus listen to soft music it will try relaxing you

See i cant trust parents for me cause i was abused physicaly by my mothers husbands but ive learned to accept people by how my gut tells me cause its a thing in my family we can tell when we dont like a person cause are gut starts getting weird but ive learned to see how people act when your parents arent around let just say i had to fight 2 of my mothers boyfriend they left knowing why they have a broken nose and ther mouth bleeding

I know this is easy for me to just write and is probably really hard for you, but think you need to try and communicate a bit more with other people and learn to trust them. How about joining a club if you have not already.
Also talk to someone, be more open and find some people that you can easily learn to trust.
