There are plenty of on line resources. You could start at www.aquachem.com. They have a good testing area.

I would go to a local pool supplies store and ask their advice. There are chemicals you need to add per the gallon capacity, and filters/pumps that need maintaining. Possibly a cover as well if you don't have one.
