This is the diagnosis-?
Five blinks - AKB circuit (automatic kine bias), the timer/standby indicator blinks for about 30 seconds then goes to the self-diagnosis function. Something is wrong with the video. Check video out, Q705, 732, 761 and other components on the C board, also check Q218, 219, 220 on the A board. In addition, unit could be in IK blanking, try turning up screen slightly.
What does this mean?

Many later model TV’s have a built in self-diagnosis function. If the timer/standby indicator is blinking, it's an indication of a problem.
Auto Color Balance (also called Auto Kine Bias, AKB): Resets individual picture tube guns (Red, Green, Blue) to maintain consistent overall picture quality. If you are having a color instability I would suppose your problem is coming from the color and video processing sections of the set. The dominant processor is called the Jungle chip, but there are other areas, such as color drivers, matrix mixers and comb filters that could be the cause, in addition to the tubes/guns.
So, you have many possibilities. Many times the IK circuit just goes out of tolerance meaning the current drawn by one crt is no longer within acceptable range and the picture is blanked, increasing the screen voltage will solve, for a while.
Troubleshooting these kind of symptoms is to systematically go down through each possibility and check them out, one by one, taking the most obvious one first. It may be a simple adjustment but you have to have some TV theory knowhow and troubleshooting experience. You may have to get a vom and oscilloscope to trace the signal waveforms and voltages...... for quickest results. Otherwise this is a place to start for a Qualified technician.
I attached an article for you to read that might help you further, you can also google search the words if you need some troubleshooting tutorials.
