This is one of the places I always go when I'm in N'Orleans. They have the BEST BBQ shrimp po boys. They don't actually barbeque the shrimp, but fry them and toss tem in a BBQ/buttery type sauce.

There are so many good poboy restaurants that it's hard to say.
I like the mom and pop neighborhood restaurants best - like Liuzza's in Mid City.
R&O's in Bucktown
Mother's on Poydras
Mandina's on Canal St.
If I was going to Red Fish Grill - I wouldn't order a poboy - I'd get something a little fancier. It's really not a sandwich shop.
