When will nhl play offs start exactly and what channel are they on?

April 12th is the end of the regular season while the NHL draft lottery is on April 14th

Stanley Cup Playoffs begin on APRIL 15TH!!!

Some channels that will show some games are....

NBC (15), SPORTSNET (22), TSN (30), NHL (online)

Usually a few days after the regular season concludes. You don't know in advance when exactly though. That's because the scheduling is contingent on the matchups, availability of the arenas, traveling and television considerations.

The early round coverage is usually split between local coverage and Versus. The later rounds feature most games on Versus. When you get to the finals NBC usually picks up a few games.

I don't think the schedule will get announced until April, but yeah, Versus broadcasts it.

they start on april 15th for some teams, and april 16th for others. In canada they are on TSN, CBC and RDS and in the US they are on VS, and maybe NBC.
