Hell no! I still say Merry Christmas in the middle of summer! Well not everyone celebrates, but most do, there's no offense with saying it.

I agree that it should NEVER be illegal. We should all be so lucky to have that Christmas Spirit all year round.

Thank God we live in a country where we are free to live our life as we please, follow whatever religion we wish, and say whatever we please. Merry Christmas is a phrase you'll hear quite often around the USA, and I hope we can continue to say it (and anything else we please) forever.
