My Turn I guess. Anyone who has experienced pain in the testicles? I have prostate cancer so I know the?

"I thinks", what I really would like now is if anyone has had really intense pain in one of the testicles - only when it is touched. (Yeah, I know -well don't touch!!) My urologist is non-commital but has me on antibiotics for 15-30 days, 500mg Cipro twice a day. Anybody want to tell me what you know I want to hear?, "Not cancer, an infection?"

Update:

I meant legitimate answers, Lindsay - I did mention didn't I that I have cancer? Let me add, I didn't get it by sleeping with the micro wave.

Update 2:

I guess my question wasn't really clear enough and for that I apologize. What I meant to get across initially was that I have had major treatments for prostate cancer already with major adverse side effects of the treatments. Therefore, I know all of the "what if" type anwers and "could be" type answers. What I would like I guess is a response from someone who has actually had an infection in the testicle and what that feels like. How much pain is there with an infection. Ditto for cancer in a testicle - how much pain is there. I'm asking so I can judge for myself which thing it is that might be causing my symptoms. I am not stressing over it and I will let my urologist work his magic but, I've always been proactive with my cancer. Thank you all, in advance!

Could be a strain, infection, std, growth spurt (?) or residual healing/scar tissue... did you have surgery on it?
