Fashion advice... (I’m a disaster!)?

I need help...

I really don't know what I should be wearing!

I work in an office during the week and the dress code is smart casual so I end up wearing my jeans, t-shirt and trainers but I want to dress up a bit more at the weekends / weeknights so I look a bit different than I do during the day at work.

I am 5ft 6", size 12 top (with a bit of tummy which I am trying to lose) and size 14 bottoms.

The tops of my legs would be quite big and I only have small boobs (36A) so I would say I am pear shaped but am curvy (if that makes any sense).

I don't know what I should be wearing to flatter my best bits, or even what my best bits are!!

What colours or outfits are in this season? I have red hair so I need colours that will be good for that!

I would love to wear my heals more (can't during work as they wouldn't be suitable footwear) and something other than trainers (but still be able to wear them sometimes with outfits).

The shops I have around me are New Look, H&M, Next, River Island, Oasis etc.

Let me know if you need any other details!

Thanks for any help you can give me... I need it!!

Red hair looks great with emerald green, lemon yellow, petrol blue and royal purple and luckily those colours are all over the shops right now for spring/summer. Try a summery skirt with flat ballet pumps and a vest top, or 3/4 pants with mid-heels and a tunic top.

You can get some great vest tops in the stores which have added "bust" to make you look a little more in proportion if thats what you're worried about.

Avoid pinks and mauve shades, and when autumn comes around stick to autumnal colours, browns, burnt oranges, golds etc. Keep your purple stuff too as it's going to be on-trend all year.

    Good Luck!!

Im a red head too :) we can wear prett ymuch any colour - just be careful of oranges, yellows, reds and pinks as they can clash sometimes. Anyway, for a flatchest, try round neck tops cuz they will make your boobs look bigger and as for the botton well a size 14 isnt that big, you can wear anything you wanna! Leggings are huge at the moment, you can put them under a long tee shirt and some nice heels. Seriously, dont fret and also the actual people in the shops are really helpful - i was in new look and the staff were brillaint at picking out things for me, i just said "argh i dontknow what to wear" explained the occassion, and they were fabby. Anyway, like i said round necks at the top, maybe wet look leggings, tights and a nice knee length skirt, lether jackets, bright colours etc.

    good luck :D

Hiya. For a night out, i reccomend you try a blazer, with a pair of dark skinny jeans (you really can be any size to wear them) and top with ruffles at the top - which will bring attention to your breasts - making them look bigger. Wearing a casual blazer and dark jeans will keep things low key - but a nice top will jazz it up a bit. I would suggest a black blazer - with a dark green/teal silk top as this will compliment your read hair.

With regards to work wear, you could perhaps rather than wearing tshirts, wear Shirts. You can wear these casually of course, with dark jeans and skirts, and you could try wearing a cotton jersey waistcoat or cardigan which you will be able to find in New look, H&M and other stores you have in your area.

Try wearing statement earrings, or necklace/ring (not all at once, you dont want to over do it) To make your outfit come together.

Back to outfits for a night out, with you curvier figure, i think these will go well :

RiverIsland.com - in the blazer/waistcoat section. They ahve lots to choose from and are very flattering.

Topshop.com have a lovely pink layered top, that would look lovely with a dark blazer.:

To wear with them: a pair of dark skinny shoes and plain black heels.

    Hope this helps!

the garments are exceptionally gorgeous for my section. you do no longer prefer a particular ONE type, bear in mind that. many times my manufacturers are Mossimo, Candie's, and Mudd. different than those, I carry on with jackets and hoodies. they are superb :) %. yet another type for your self besides. something cutting-edge. in any different case all and sundry will call you cowgirl... o_O
