College Academic Probation - How Serious Is it?

I was just put on Academic Probation from my college twice in a row and have been forced out of my school for the next quarter.

is this a "college career ender" ?

I only have 20 credits left to get my AA from the community college. I was going to Transfer to WSU to get a BA.

I believe I am screwed, thoughts?

no, more of an eye opener. They do it so you realize that college is important.

It's not a college career ender, but you need to take this "academic vacation" (as my friends called it) to think through what has happened, and what you need to do to prevent it from happening again. If you want to be able to graduate with your AA, you must bring your overall GPA up above a 2.0. If you want to be able to transfer to WSU, you need to bring it up to a 2.5.

You aren't screwed yet, but you do have some hard work ahead of you.

When you return to campus, be sure that you're ready to focus on your schoolwork. Get a tutor for any class that's hard for you. Take fewer classes, if it means that you'll do better in them. Drop some activities, so you have time to study.

you are able to be receiving a letter detailing what they're going to favor from you contained in the Spring semester in case you intend on staying at that college. it may could be a larger GPA so as that the finest GPA is above a 2.0 a minimum of. as far as being a surely one of three warnings, i replaced into under no circumstances provided that many. It replaced into get it good contained in the Spring or you're out of the following.

It depends, are you on probation because you cheated or is it because your gpa is so low? If they are just suspending you for a quarter and can return, then you need to bust your butt and get some amazing grades so that a decent school will accept you. If you've been suspended because your gpa is so low well....you might not be able to find a school who will let you transfer in.

No, you can probably get into another college (another community college would be your best bet), but it might be harder now...
