Anybody from Calicut, Kerala?

planing a trip to Quilandi near calicut, kerala this weekend for attending wedding ceremony.Would like to know about popular tourist places i may like to visit during my stay.

    You can visit a lake which is on Balusherry route 5 kilometers from Quilandy Town, towards east, on the west is a long strech of sea beach, Light house on the north which is very good to see during night time.

    there is KAPPAD BEACH RESORT for tourist, and towards south of Quilandy town on the beach is a long strech of natural palm groove and beaches with fishing harbour.

    There is a temple and a small lake at Quilon which is called PISHARIVKAV TEMPLE only 1.5 kilometers north of QUILANDY town but can enter as per their advice of course you cannot see these in north india and should be Hindu and take bath and take off shirt before entering.

    There are two rivers flowing towards the sea in the north about 5 kms from the town
