Is Kim Jong Il insane or evil? What should be done about it?

When Bush attacked Iraq, people asked the same question. Depending on who you talked to, some would say he was insane and others said evil. I would guess the same applies to Kim Jong.

He is neither insane or evil ,

he is trying to test Obama's strenght , lots of people think that Obama is weak and they want to see if he use his brain first or attack first like Bush

Capitalism encourages pathological lying. That is something that can be done against North Korea.
