Is it okay to attend a birthday party without showering first?
It's a beautiful day in Pennsylvania and I've been outside all day. I washed my car and then worked in the garden. It's not hot....just pleasant, but I worked up a little sweat and got a little dirty. I have a birthday party to attend this afternoon. It will be all ladies and we will be drinking and laughing and playing games. Do you think it would be okay if I didn't waste any of this beautiful day in the shower? I'd really rather work in my garden up until the last minute when I have to leave for the party.

Yes. showers are overrated. Just spray your self with some febreeze and go.

I had a beautiful day in PA too!!!
But I also had a shower :O LOL
I didn't wear any make up, or do anything with my hair, and I wore an old sweatshirt..
Although I didn't go to a party either..
So my advice is moot!!
But yeah, I would splash some water on my face, tie my hair back(unless it looked greasy)
And it wouldn't take long to run a wash rag over some important body parts ; ) ; )
Deo, and body spray and you are good to go!!

Do what you will in the end, but Taking a shower would be best. That's just nasty! I know alot of girls that like to give hugs, me included, and if you don't want to get made fun of, and being tormented with lots of unjustified "nicknames" than i highly suggest you quickly rinse of in the shower, so you look decent. You don't wanna take the chance of looking and smelling "dirty" around a bunch of members of the opposite sex.

Well if u had spent the time you wasted on posting this question in taking a shower i would probably think you just really like nature.
But now...i just think your looking for excuses not to shower

You definitely need to shower! Whenever people work outside, they get this scent on them and it is not pleasant. You want to smell clean and fresh. Trust me, it will make all the difference!

You don`t really need a shower, just a small wash -up and some smell good stuff. And some clean cothes.

If i were you i'd shower, you might waste a chance to talk to the ladies if you don't shower (smelly), besides sure there will be other good days! Why you wasting it on Yahoo answers anyway??

This is a really good question. I don't like showering and I think it is okay. Phermones are natural and I think they should be encouraged. Plus deodorant has aluminum which causes alzheimers.

the fact that u would ask this is disgusting. U really need to take a shower....especially since your going to be gardening. trust me! someone will notice!!
