severe migraines after giving birth?

about a month after giving birth i started noticing minor migraine headaches over the past 6 mo. theyve been getting worse.

They last anywhere from a few seconds to several hours and i get them off and on almost everday.

what could be the cause of this and what should i do?

(tylenol, ibuprofen, midol etc... not doing much anymore)

I'm sure you're probably having some FORM post-pardom depression, your best bet is to probably go to a doctor and he could probably prescribe you some more powerful medication, or a medication that suits your needs, hope I helped (that's what my mom did.)

I don't know if its due to you giving birth or what not, but I suffer from migraines and what seems to work for me is EXCEDRIN MIGRAINES. I've had migraines since i was 8 yrs old and i am now 27 and it has worked for me. good luck!

You need to see a neurologist. What I would be afraid of is an aneurysm. Where a blood vessel in the head bursts. During childbirth some women, rare, but sometimes women die from pushing so much and a blood vessel bursting in their head. So I would be afraid that maybe a blood vessel is weakened in your head now. You really need to contact your primary care and then get a referral to a neurologist to make sure nothing is seriously wrong with you.

not related to childbirth maybe, I'd go to a doctor, you could have a brain injury, tumor or beginning an aneurism...
