But, honestly, I think the Bears made a good trade in this one, as the Bears are rarely successful with first round draft picks. I do hope Orton does well in Denver. I always thought he was a decent player, but had no wide receivers.

I do think having Eddie Royal and Brandon Marshall catching his passes will give him much better stats than in receiver-dry Chicago. That also means I'm predicting Cutler to have mediocre stats with the Bears and demand another trade next off-season.

Orton's physical tools fit perfectly with the type of offense McDaniels will run in Denver. Will see how quickly he picks up the mental, decision making part. He could be just the right fit, we'll find out soon I think.
