i am 14 and i am beginning to worry about my breast because when i touch them i feel something in them and when they bounce a little, i will feel a little pain.. i haven't talked to my mom about this because i'm quite shy.. please help..

Symptoms of a cyst in the breast can sometimes be discharge from the breast as well as pain and tenderness.
However, I would recommend talking to your mom about this issue. I know you are shy but let her know that you need to talk to her in private about something that is of concern to you. Let her know that talking about this is embarrassing for you but that you want her to know what is going on.
