For those who don't believe in God...?

So I should believe in god out of fear of punishment? Here drink this.

There is a God is the thing.

If we came from a Big Bang, and the earth is billions of years old, why can they find dinosaur bones today.

If we came from a Big Bang and we evolved, why do we have hospitals and why do we worry about endangered animals, survival of the fittest.

If we came from a Big Bang, why is it that EVERYTHING in your body, every cell can and will work together.

Where did the atmosphere come from?

Where did water come from?

If everything came from a big bang, why are there so many things that have to work together in the world just right, if not everything would die out and stop working.

Where did the poles come from? North and South.

Why did the earth come out to be a perfect size, so the gravity is just right.

HELL is an awful place. When you die and you are not saved, you will BURN forever. But it is awful pain, it's worse then.... sitting into a very, very big fire and can't die and being stabbed into the eyes with a knife and being punched so hard in the stomach and being hit in the head with a baseball bat AND SO MUCH MORE PAIN. How would you like that. And like they said, if the christian is wrong, what do they have to lose but if the nonbeliever is wrong, they will be in SOOOO Much pain.

If we didn't come from a BIG BANG or God, then where did we come from, and from the info I have about the big bang, it's not relevent. It makes no sense. And it's not possible.

Ram & Shyam knows each other. Ram can say Shyam is a good boy or bad boy because Ram knows him.But Ashoke can't say Shyam is either good or bad as he knows nothing about Shyam.Similarly how a question of believing God arises when we know nothing about God? Generally, majority take the God as a helping hand and when everything goes on adverse in the life, being fade up, says God is not or don't believe in God.So in other way he himself feels the touch of God.

Have those of you that do believe in God ever thought, what if we just have it all wrong and for example the Christian life is completely despicable to the real creator? Like what if the Jewish faith is the real one? You Christians are totally in trouble, their god is wrathful.

Or maybe worse the Hindu's are right and you are doomed to repeat life due to your poor behaviour.

Have you considered:

1) If there is a god, and you find out it is not the god you believed in, but one of the other 10,000 gods out there, what will you do? That god will probably be more mad at you for believing in the wrong god, than he will be at atheists who did not believe in any god.

2) If there is a god, and you believe because of this just-in-case scenario you have painted, don't you think he will see through this and punish you severely? Or do you think this god can be gamed?

I think that any being that is able to create a whole universe would understand that without proof, it's hard to believe. I would think that since they are the one that made us how we are, they would know how our minds work. Also, i don't think that a being with that kind of power is spiteful in nature and wishes to see anyone tortured for all time. So i'm not too worried about it.

Let people believe what they want, trying to convert and scare people into your religion is wrong and you have no place to judge anyone. It's okay to express your beliefs but insulting people and telling them they'll burn in hell that was not jesus's real teachings. The truth is, the bible was altered and jesus's teaching were of love and kindness not about damnation and hate. God is a male (Om) Female (azna) who was taken out, and jesus. There's nothing wrong with people exploring there spirituality which many people are starting to do and seeing what's right for them so stop trying to control people.

I'll ask one question: Was Jesus the messiah?

If yes, I will say:

"You are a liar, a murderer, and a fraud. You don't deserve my worship. You bear the full moral error and weight of every wrong, every evil, every crime. You are EVIL. Don't get up. I'm sure I can find Hell on my own, because I would rather burn eternally with my morals intact than sacrifice my morals to worship your vileness."

If no, I will say:

"Really. Alright. Well then. Any chance you could kinda, I dunno, break off a piece of yourself or form an avatar or what have you, so we could walk and talk? I have so much to ask and so much to tell... I know you know everything but I want to tell it anyways, and I want to hear you tell me all about yourself too."

what if satan is the only being that exists...and in order to mess with people, he invented god, and inspired the bible...it was all like the usual suspects...the satan paints himself as the bad guy, invents a good guy, just so that when you die and think you are going to heaven, satan is sitting on a red throne and saying, gotcha b*tch...now you're mine. HA HA HA HA ...there is no god and there is no heaven.

Hey, if I plan on seeing my grandfather in heaven, but he was really a mean stubborn sinner, and he is in hell...do you think god will give me a day pass to visit him in hell? I need a Hell Pass. HA!

If there is "a" god, which one might it be? How could I possibly be prepared to defend myself to every possible god that might be waiting for me? It certainly seems like a waste of time to try, so I'll just live my life as a good person, and if there is any god waiting for me when it's over, if he she or it doesn't accept that, then I guess I'm out of luck.

So I should falsely worship your god on the off chance he exists?

Have you thought about what would happen if you die and find out there is a god, but its not the one you've been praying to? What will you do then?
