what does this phrase mean?

i was talking to sum1 last week and she was talking bout a guy she knows. she said "i always thought he was left swing"

what does that phrase mean?! i didn't get a chance to ask her.

    that if you went to a play park, and went on the swings, he'd choose the left one

    nah, apparently it means gay, but i only know that from reading the other answers
