CA or G&G Metal G3 receiver?

I have a G3A4 from JG--the 2007 model.

I wish to upgrade to a metal body, either the GG or CA receiver(s).

Which is best? the magnesium G&G, or the CA?

Also, which is easiest to attach/how do I attach it?

And, will they field strip realistically?

    Being the G&G whore that I am, I'll go with their magnesium lower.

    You've disassembled it, right? Just swap them out.
