Question about wearing heels?
What do you think about wearing heels, any type, wedge, kitten, pumps, etc... with socks? Not white socks but those nude pantyhose type. My mother forces me too, she says that if you don't wear them people will think you're crazy...
I was like WHAT? It looks so obvious and bad! What do you think?
also how about with flats?

You'd have to be crazy to wear socks with heels.

I agree with Miss Peace. It depends on what you're wearing or the situation. If you're wearing capris you sure don't want to wear socks or stockings but if you're wearing dress pants, you should wear the knee high hose with heels as it's more formal. In jeans, well, it could go either way s you see, it depends on what you're wearing or the situation. With flats, I would say no on a liesure look but yes in dress attire. Again, dpending on what you wear with them.

I have never worn nude socks in my life with heels. I don't know why you would. With flats, I could understand, because they'd be less noticeable. But don't wear them with heels. Just take them off when your mom isn't around.

It depends on the situation and your comfort, I personally dont wear socks with my heels unless Im at work. also wearing socks or stocking makes the look more formal so if your going out with friends or out shopping leave the socks at home!

I wouldn't and never have!
I agree it is obvious and the only people I ever see wearing those are grandmas!
Tell your mum fashion has changed and maybe even show her some photos of models not wearing the socks.

Socks ruin a good shoe. Just my opinion. Just don't wear them.
