What are some quick, easy and healthy breakfast ideas?

Preferably low cal and low fat (but the low fat is more important, as I am on a low fat diet per my doctors instruction... must lower that cholesterol). And relatively quick and filling as I am almost always eating on the run.

I have pretty much exhausted myself of any combination of oats/granola, yogurt and fruit... I am trying to only consume 1300-1500 calories a day as I am 40 pounds overweight.

So any ideas would be great.

tuna (in water, not oil), non fat cheese (cottage, ricotta etc) and 2 slices of bread

tomato and cucumber (if you don't like it plain add lemon juice, salt and seasoning herbs), a slice of low fat cheese and 5 light crackers

2 hard boiled eggs (or scrambled, with just a spunful of oil) and 2 toast

2 toast with light margerine, chicken ham (not chicken or ham, i mean ham made from chicken meat) and a lettuce leaf

any of those will be between 200-400 calories, pretty ok for breakfast and you won't feel hungry.

MAKE TIME for breakfast. Every morning I eat a bowl of Kashi Go Lean cereal with sliced strawberries, 1/4 c frozen blueberries and soy milk. I lost 60 lb 3 years ago and have kept it off. I think breakfast helps.

Kashi makes protein bars that are good for on the go, high in protein and fiber, low in fat and calories. That with a piece of fruit would be good.

If I don't have time for breakfast because I usually have ot be at work at 5:30 AM I make a protein shake with bananas, strawberries and milk and a scoop of protein powder and usually a protein bar for breakfast, its very filling. Other wise when I have breakfast its egg whites and soy sausage.
