What is a controversy presently ? I want your opinions?

Environnment, the situation is fathom less, the solution is not on the horizon. The gate keepers are in the denial. Urban dwellers are not feeling the pain of the pinch. Those, whose life is not sterile as the urban citizens is feeling the crunch. The issues changes;... poilitics, conflict, economy, health etc but the world government is busy-seriously-governing other issues with all the might but not the environment. The average consumption of paper per person is on the steep increase, alike fossil fuel, and non bio-dergadable house hold refuge. We do not have any signs that responsible consumption and use of natural resources would be a norm or liberation of pollutants are being significantly arrested. Summit Leaders must lead not only in matters associated with the economy but must focus and remain focused along with the effective measures to help our EARTH.

There is much talk about Kyoto..Kyoto, why should there be a controversy; it is about the health of EARTH, not our.... borders, religion....money.....language....culture.....space mission....oil....period.

A couple of weeks ago it was the woman who had the octuplets. Now it's back to the economy, like it was for months. Whether to bail out the car companies and big banks, or let them go on their own and probably fail, taking even more jobs with them; or keep bailing them out month after month. I don't know what the answer is, either.

Another thing is probably going to be what is Obama going to do about the war in Iraq and will he send more to Afghanistan and if he does will it do any good or will we just be stuck in another war (or the same one) for more years to come.

My opinion is that the most controversial issues you can talk about aren't necessarily the most important.

Whatever political agenda the US media is promoting becomes a "controversy" because they say it and the weak minded accept that its a controversy whether it is Brittany boobs or the boobs we elect.

Hard to say as it changes from day to day.
