how would I react, should i stay or move away?
I'm kinda confuse, i don't know what to do, me and my ex are office mates we are team mates, we are always seeing each other in the office and working together, he already had a new gf, should i continue being his friend or just move away?
its not that im giving him to much attention, its just that, i cant perform my task well, coz im avoiding him most of the time, it seems like my world is small, coz i cant move, we are in the same circle of friends and people,

the more you give attention and priority to be with him the more he will disturb your mental status. so just try to be cool and let him feel that you don't prefer to be with him. as he has already moved on in life and already forgotten you then why are you even thinking about him??
