can a reservation fee be refunded? the developer only gave me an acknowledgement receipt, upon checking an acknowledgement receipt serves as a proof that I made a payment and the developer received my payment, but they have not forwarded the money to their office, so does this mean in case that I would like to back out in purchasing the house I can still get a refund cause the transaction was not official yet?

and also drink all you can??

Im thinking if I should come to our team outing/building or not? because one of my teammates hates me, He is accusing me of spreading rumors/gossips about him behind his back (which is not true), we are avoiding/ignoring each other every day at work, now Im not sure if I should come or not, its kinda hard to have fun and enjoy if your avoiding someone, and besides Im feeling kinda out of place or left out cause he influence some of our teammates as well

I have a team mate who believes that I have been spreading rumors about him, which is not true, someone told him that they overheard me talking about him, and was brought to his knowledge that Im spreading rumors about him, now he is so mad at me, what should i do if staying away from him is impossible cause we are team mates we see each other everyday at work, Im so bothered cause we used to be friends and now he even let me over hear him saying that he is going to punch me in the face..

im trying to create my own time report so i can monitor if im getting paid correctly, Im having a hard time getting the number of hours under night differential where there is an extra pay, so if night differential hours falls from 10:00 PM up to 6:00 AM the next day... how can i get the number of hours using EXCEL 2010 like for example:

A1 03/17/10 06:30 PM (start time)

B2 03/18/10 04:00 AM (end time)

i want to install a 2nd hard drive which is ide and install xp in it, i have vista as my main OS installed in sata drive, when im installing xp and boot to cd its installing then after it reboot nothing happens it goes back from the start reformating and partition and all that what do i have to do to have vista and xp installed indvidually to their hard drives?? pls help..

i have an asrock 880gm-le mobo that has1x2gb ddr3 ram, im planning to add 1x4gb ddr3 ram to increase the memory, the max capacity is 8gb, can i mix the two memory modules?? 4gb is what i can afford right now but i really need to UP my memory so wud it work?? im really confused?? pls help thanx in advance...

im wondering what is the sprint surcharge for? they say its also tax but there is a seperate charge for government taxes and fees so what are surcharges for?

i broke up with my bf just recently, after 3 months i saw him with his new gf, by the way we work in the same company in the same field, me, him and the new girl, of course all the time i see them, at times i also see him look or glance at me when his girl is not around, but i just pretend i dont care, sometimes we cross each others paths at the corridors or pantry, but i just pretend i didn't see anything i don't care, but why is that i feel sad, i broke up with him coz there's no point being with him, his immature, he never assured me of anything, he just do whatever he wants to and doesn't consider me first before making actions, am i behaving right towards him? by ignoring him even we cross each others path, what should i do to get over him, i know it should not hurt coz im the one who started the break up, but why does it hurt? what should i do im confused,
