reservation fee in buying a house?
can a reservation fee be refunded? the developer only gave me an acknowledgement receipt, upon checking an acknowledgement receipt serves as a proof that I made a payment and the developer received my payment, but they have not forwarded the money to their office, so does this mean in case that I would like to back out in purchasing the house I can still get a refund cause the transaction was not official yet?

This has nothing to do with whether you can get your money back, but maybe you still can. Where I am you have 3 days (depending on some things) to back out of many types of contracts so check on that. If that doesn't help just call the seller/ developer and ask about backing out ie what is the cost to do so. If you don't like what they say go ask a lawyer for a 2nd opinion. Without even a contract it seems dubious that they can keep your $$$.
