I'm pretty sure this is correct, but no she can't. She doesn't have a uterus or any of the other necessary parts to support a baby in the womb.
However, if she adopts she can.

Yes, and no. If she had a baby with a woman before she had a sex change, or if she stored her sperm and had it implanted in another woman after her sex change. But the tech is not there yet to give her a female reproductive system. Though science can give her a fully functional clitoris, and vagina. Plus men don't get sex changes to women. Transsexual people, have a neurological birth defect that made their brain the opposite gender than their physical sex.

She might be able to still provide sperm to create babies, however she will be unable to carry a child herself!

I guess, I mean if the woman had eggs placed inside her and all, it would probably be a hard procedure to do but I think it may be possible.

Not usually. However, maybe when medicine develops in time they will be able to figure a way out to do that.

no.
they can't insert a uterus, flopian tubes, ovaries, etc etc etc.
Its an extneral ( so much as a vagina is external) procedure.
