    Best thing is to find a way you like veg - there are so many yopu are bound to find some you like.

    Kick of with a fruit smoothie - bannan and half a cup of berries with a scoop of fat free yoghurt and a splash of skimmed milk - blitz it and is like a lovely milk shake but paked full of goodness.

    Then what about making butternut squash chips? skin the squash - chip it then sprinkle with herbs you like (We sometimes use paprika) and spray with one cal oil - another portion!

    Sneak some in a baked potato - bake as norm - then scoop out the middle and mis in half a cup of spring oniopns - lovely and you don';t need butter

    Load of ways honestly - add spinach to curry, puree peppers for soup or stew - endless list

    I eat a banana, and apple a day, and a huge salad every dinner with lettuce, spinach, chives, black olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, green peppers, red peppers, broccoli, and apple and almonds in it. So I think I probably go over, since I eat a lot of salad, plus a side dish with diinner like asparagus, peas or broccoli. I also eat grapes every few days.
