A modern attempt to make a connection between Merlin's prophecies and anything in 2012 is bogus. See http://www.dreampower.com/ProphMerlin.html . This is just another pseudo-occult scam.
The Arthurian Merlin is considered by most to be invented by Geoffrey of Monmouth based partly on a character in Welsh tradition who went insane in the battle of Arderydd. See http://www.lib.rochester.edu/camelot/geofhkb.htm . The poems mentioned can be found on this website.
See http://www.lib.rochester.edu/camelot/geofhkb.htm for an English translation of the Arthurian section including a long series of prophecies which Merlin is said to speak. These are the oldest surviving prophecies ascribed to the Arthurian Merlin, and so may be called “original” I suppose. As one would expect, they follow history closely up until Geoffrey’s own day, and then go wild. That is typical of bogus prophecies.
But if you want to believe the garbage of R J Stewart, go ahead, There is one born every minute, and it is your life.

Give this link a try. Scroll to the bottom of the page. Don't know if they can be considered "original".
